Applicability

Customer acknowledges that commodities, software, and technology purchased or received in a resale transaction reviewed by Voltry may be subject to U.S. and other applicable export-control, re-export, sanctions, and trade laws.

Restricted parties

To the best of Customer's knowledge, Customer will not knowingly sell, transfer, export, re-export, divert, or otherwise provide items in violation of applicable restrictions involving denied, blocked, sanctioned, debarred, or otherwise restricted persons or entities.

Destinations + diversion

Customer will not knowingly export, re-export, divert, transship, or transfer items to a destination in violation of applicable embargoes, territorial sanctions, export restrictions, or required government authorizations.

Licensing

Where an export, re-export, transfer, or other government authorization is required, Customer is responsible for obtaining applicable permissions for activities under its control.

Prohibited / restricted end uses

Customer will not knowingly use or transfer items in violation of applicable restrictions concerning nuclear, missile, chemical or biological weapons, military/intelligence, advanced computing, semiconductor, supercomputer, or other controlled end uses.

Information changes

Customer agrees to provide accurate end-use, end-user, destination, and transaction information when requested and to notify Voltry of material changes that could affect compliance review.
