Website operations
Privacy and analytics.
What this site stores, what our analytics tools receive, and how to change your choice.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, page use, and completed actions such as a form submission or document access. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand navigation, clicks, scrolling, errors, and masked session replays. We do not send form-field values or email addresses as analytics event parameters.
Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are denied in our tag settings. If you select “Only necessary,” both services receive a denied analytics-storage signal; Clarity then operates without analytics cookies and some reporting is limited.
Your choice
The site stores your analytics choice in your browser under voltry:analytics-consent.
You can reopen the choice from “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button on this page. Clearing
site storage will also reset the choice.
Forms and document access
When you submit a form, Voltry and its site-delivery providers process the information you provide to answer the request, deliver requested materials, and keep an operational record of the submission. A valid email may be remembered in your browser for up to 24 hours to avoid repeat typing. Document links are signed, expire after 24 hours, and are delivered to the submitted address.
The resale counterparty intake may collect company identity and registration information, ownership and beneficial-owner information, business and compliance contacts, intended end use and destination, export-control responses, product provenance and condition representations, billing and shipping contacts, and an authorized representative's electronic signature. Voltry uses this information for counterparty due diligence, onboarding, transaction-compliance review, and related recordkeeping. Do not submit bank account numbers, payment instructions, passwords, or other banking credentials through the form.
While you complete the resale intake, an unfinished draft is stored only in the current browser tab using session storage. It is removed after a successful submission and is ordinarily discarded when that tab is closed. Submitted responses are transferred through Netlify to Voltry's restricted Google Workspace intake register. Submission does not approve a counterparty or transaction.
Service providers
The site is deployed through Netlify. Form intake records are processed through Google Workspace. Analytics is provided by Google and Microsoft. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy statement. Voltry does not use the site trackers for advertising.
